zenGOT Respect Policy


zenGOT takes respect in our community very seriously. We are committed to creating a community where everyone is treated with respect in all of our interactions. As part of our People First core value, zenGivers and customers should feel comfortable knowing that disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. Individuals found to be disrespecting others will be removed from the platform as per the terms below.


The following behaviours will not be tolerated:

  • Disrespect: Behaviour that is rude, unpleasant, inappropriate, and unprofessional. Behaviour that causes hurt feelings and distresses, disturbs, and/or offends others.

  • Verbal Abuse: Harshly or coarsely insulting language.

  • Discrimination: Unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people, on the grounds of race, religious beliefs, colour, gender identity and expression, physical disability, mental disability, age, ancestry, place of origin, marital status, source of income, family status or sexual orientation.


If you believe you have experienced disrespect on our platform, please submit a formal complaint by email to providing specifics and identifying the user that you believe has violated our Respect Policy.

We will promptly and sensitively investigate the situation as a serious matter. If we determine that a user has violated our policy, we will take action, up to and including deactivating their account. For privacy reasons, we are unable to share the details and outcome of our investigations.
